Just found a great breakfast
I've made scrambled eggs and sausage at work every day this week -- for just over 100 calories! I recently learned that Egg Beaters can be microwaved. I pour about a quarter of the container into my big soup mug, microwave it for 1:30 on high, stir it a little, then microwave for another 0:45. Sometimes I cut up a little turkey sausage and throw it in the eggs before I microwave them, sometimes I eat a couple of sausage links on the side. Either way, even after I add juice, it's a 143-calorie breakfast that tastes like a big weekend splurge breakfast.
