Any vegetarian recipes for tempeh?

Hi everyone! I have been looking for a LONG time for tempeh, and FINALLY found some at a specialty store a couple of days ago. I have wanted to try it very much, buuuut I don't really have any ideas of what to do with it. Can anyone offer some recipes for tempeh? I would probably prefer ones that don't require large slabs of tempeh since I don't like to eat tofu that way either. Thanks!
