green tea question!

hi everyone :smile:

I'm sure this topic has been hit a million times, but i searched the past forum postings and couldn't find anything as far as i looked!

just curious about any good green teas that you all may know of. I'm drinking Yogi green tea right now, and it's pretty good.

another question....i cannot have caffiene, so i drink decaf tea. do any of you know if decaf green tea still has the benefits as regular green tea?
