ok yesterday I asked for help analyzing my meals for the day. I skipped lunch (well i had 12 crackers.) I'm notorious for not eating breakfast/lunch and then eating all in the afternoon. So I have really been challenging myself- not only to make healthier choices- but more importantly to take a baby step at a time and get a handle on eating something for breakfast and something for lunch. (because yesterday, after I ate dinner- I still had over 800 calories I needed to eat).. So today I did a much better job. I know I didn't make the healthiest choices for my lunch today--- but i'm hoping tonight, come 11pm my stomach won't be growling with hunger =) I'm just taking baby steps, so be easy on me =)

What do you think?

Also- with the calories I have left for the day (300 and some) What would be a good snack? Air Popped Popcorn?

*** also we had a hodge-podge of leftovers for dinner tonight- hence why there is sloppy joe AND chicken alfredo. =) I piled on the veggies and opted to have SMALL PORTIONS of the sloppy joe (with no bun) and the chicken alfredo... and for that I am so proud of myself, because that's something else I struggle with- is knowing that I can be satisfied with just a little- I don't need a ton.. and I feel great tonight =)

I'm ready to start the Biggest Loser Challenge with many of you on here tomorrow =)

Congratulations! It looks like you did a good job. I find it easier to modify amounts of what I eat instead of trying to totally change the foods I eat. Adding veggies to help fill you up is a very good idea. I don't know that air popped popcorn would get you as many cals as you need. I would go with peanut butter, maybe on a rice cake or some celery.
