intake, will have a negative effect on my weight loss? or is it good at that level?

I have been losing almost a half a pound a day but thats probably water weight, due to my low sodium intake and high water intake. I feel like my weight loss isnt accurate or truthful.

Should i just stop worrying about sodium so that my weight loss will be more accurate?

I don't know how you're doing it! I have my sodium set to 2500 mg (that'd what some website told me was "normal" for women) and I have a hard time staying under that. So good hub at staying under 1500!
I'm gonna borrow some of your food ideas so that I can lower mine as well.

With that said, I think you sodium is just fine!

My personal gut feeling is that your weight loss probably is accurate enough, because your sodium intake is not fluctuating much. It'd be different, say if you went from a high-sodium diet to a low-sodium diet and kept everything else the same; then I'd say the "weight loss" was really just water loss. But if you keep to a fairly steady level for sodium intake, after awhile you're going past just the water loss, because your body will have already dropped the water.
