intake, will have a negative effect on my weight loss? or is it good at that level?
I have been losing almost a half a pound a day but thats probably water weight, due to my low sodium intake and high water intake. I feel like my weight loss isnt accurate or truthful.
Should i just stop worrying about sodium so that my weight loss will be more accurate?

I don't know how you're doing it! I have my sodium set to 2500 mg (that'd what some website told me was "normal" for women) and I have a hard time staying under that. So good hub at staying under 1500!
I'm gonna borrow some of your food ideas so that I can lower mine as well.
With that said, I think you sodium is just fine!0 -
its quite hard staying within 1500
but im more concerned on whether my weight loss is accurate or not.0 -

My personal gut feeling is that your weight loss probably is accurate enough, because your sodium intake is not fluctuating much. It'd be different, say if you went from a high-sodium diet to a low-sodium diet and kept everything else the same; then I'd say the "weight loss" was really just water loss. But if you keep to a fairly steady level for sodium intake, after awhile you're going past just the water loss, because your body will have already dropped the water.0
