Need support/motivation to workout this afternoon

Hey everyone,
So I'll be ending work in about an hour and a half and I generally like to do my exercise when I first get home because I know if I wait to long or sit down I will be less likely to do it. Fridays are tough just because I'm usually more tired at the end of the week. So I'm sitting at my desk dreading the workout. I really don't want to do it! I've been really good about being consistent and I workout often but I'm a little fearful that if I don't workout it sets off a bit of a bad habit. I know I can jump back on. I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30-day shred for the past 3 weeks and have been consistent but I just don't want to work out today! Is this rational or am I making excuses? I need some motivation.
Thanks,
Katie

You're making excuses! What I try to do is remember that it is only 20 minutes, or 30 minutes. You've been doing so well, why break the cycle now? You can do it. Just put your gym clothes on as soon as you get home without thinking about it. Once you have your workout gear on, it would make sense just to get it done. I go through this a lot because I work full time and go to school full time. I start my days at 4:30 and don't get home until 10:30, I am so exhausted sometimes but it is so worth it to get that 20 minute exercise in..you will feel so much better!! Then you can (hopefully) sleep in tomorrow morning! Have a good workout!0

Thank you! This is just what I needed. Yes, 20 minutes is definitely doable. I'm on level 2 and I find it so hard! Thinking about it makes me anticipate how tired I'll be. I appreciate the support.0
