sandwich steak

When at the grocery store the other day I picked up a package of steak from the meat department that was labeled as sandwich steak. It is very thin and each piece is no larger than the size of my hand. I am having trouble finding a "steak" entry that would match it. Anybody else ever use this type of steak??

My mother made these all the time growing up. We called them minute steaks becasue they only take a minute.0

OH! Minute steak! Thank you 2kidzlater! Just looked this up and found the calories and fat. It says 35 calories and 1.5 fat per 1 oz. This sounds really low for a steak... but it is a rather small piece.0
