    What a transformation! You've made a huge physical change.

    So, for all those wondering how you did it...
    What's the biggest change you made in your life? The biggest change was deciding to love myself and put me first!
    What's your workout routine, if any? Right now I am training for a half marathon, lift free weights, and I teach Zumba......when I first started I walked and did pool exercises :)
    What kept you going when the scale wasn't moving or you felt stagnant? Knowing that in the long run all of this would be worth it. I also focused on things I could do better that I couldn't before.
