Just ate a big steak for dinner (was under my calorie goal) am wondering if I should hold off on weighing myself tomorrow due the heavy dinner?
What do you think?

If tomorrow is your official weigh in day, I'd still weigh in but give yourself some slack if it's not quite what you expect. If it's not your weigh in day tomorrow, might as well skip it if you think it will bum you out I always avoid big meals the day before weigh in lol0

It may not affect your weight. it all depends but for me red meat takes a while to um move through so a 8oz steak is all still there the next morning. If it were me I'd move my weigh in a day just this once....but that's just me.0

you sound like you might be the type of person who will be upset if the scale moves up; so . . . don't.
That being said, I weigh every day and have kept a spreadsheet of daily weight, calories consumed and burned for more than a year. It helps me analyze and figure out trends. I don't freak out if the scale is up.0 -
You should be weighing yourself at the same time every day/week. It is said that the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, after you have gone to the restroom, because it is the most accurate weight for you.0

I weigh myself right after I wake up, after using the ladies room. So far, even with lots of food still in my tummy, my weight plateaus for a few days before dropping at all once. It's a strange process, but I guess if my body wants to work that way, then power to me!
Don't sweat if you weigh yourself and you're over. As long as you're staying true to your calorie goals, you should be fine.0 -
