Hey you guys! So i noticed that when I have a "bad" day foodwise, I want to compensate for it the next day by eating cleaner. How do you feel/go about this?

YES. I feel like this. Had a really bad day today - I didn't so much eat junk or even eat over my calories, I just ate a LOT in the morning - and I feel like tomorrow I will just hit reset and try to do better. I'm also grumpy, crampy, and bloated so there's that to throw in to my own mix, haha. Just pick yourself up and do better tomorrow!0

Same thing. Just tighten up, eat more fruits and veggies and less carbs through grains. Drink more water.0

I try to plan my bad food days - if I know I am having a super junk-y evening... I try to do extra exercise to compensate. Or I work really hard the next day...
I also get bloated and crampy - this because I have stupid crazy food "sensitivities" so I factor in whats worth paying for before I eat it.
I think you have exactly the right idea, try harder tomorrow!!0
