Hello Everybody! "Myfitnesspal" is a whole new experience for me. I am not one to share my personal fitness goals with anyone, mostly because they are so erratic. I'm hoping that if I log into a profile and can visualize my daily activities, that the process will help me stay consistant and dedicated. So wish me luck, as I do all of you!!! :flowerforyou:

P.S. I actually bought the Ab circle pro to try out. Anyone have any feed back on the benefits or "lack there of " that I may expect?
