Newbie!

Hi All,

I wasn't sure if I would "blog" or not but I think moral support might be good for my 12 week journey.
I'm what I feel would be known as a "serial" dieter! I've been on countless diets, had success and failure. I'm a gymaholic!
I love to exercise but I'm also a chocolate and potato chip lover as well.
I'm probably in the minority on this website as I'm only a few kilos overweight. But is there anyone out there who struggles (like me) to get rid of those last 3 or 4 kilos! AAAArrrrgggghhhh.
Anyway today is day six of my 12 week journey. I'm not sure I'll survive through to Christmas but I'm taking one day at a time.
I found yet another great diet / workout philosophy on Bodybuilding.com and will give it a go.

I think the key to success is planning and consistency! Can I do it? I hope so! I'm not getting any younger! Time to be awesome! My journey is now!
