The weight is coming off, but

But, almost a year later, my lower abdomen looks like cottage cheese. Stretch marks, gravity, and weight loss have deflated the "girls". I'm proud of my weight loss and obtaining a healthy lifestyle, but my body repulses me...I'm not sure where I'm going with this post, but yeah...I guess lifting heavy might help, but I'm a cardio junkie, so eh...so, yeah...

I know how you feel and tbh it really sucks when we should be feeling proud. The only advice I can offer you is to start lifting some weights, unfortunately toning won't happen on the cardio machines..
And if I had any advice about reinflating the girls trust me, I would've used it on myself! :P let me know if you figure that one out!!!

I have massive weight to lose (100 lbs) and I'm so scared what you're talking about will happen to me and I'm sure it will If I do lose it. Then the cost of surgery! Try the weights first but if you see no change and you are still not satisfied with how you look then it might be time to look into the next option. After all you worked hard to reach your goal, why shouldn't your body look how you want it to look. Good luck to you.

Weightlifting/body weight workouts can help. If you are new to lifting, I suggest this workout here: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/
