Jelly beans and bread. I've learned to buy frozen rolls instead of having fresh bread around. That way I have to take to the time to heat it, I can't just snack on it!0

Potatoes, potatoes, potatoes...oh, yeah and pasta...had to give them all up for a long time 'cause I wouldn't eat them in moderation...am better, but still have my moments...(these days I usually only cook one potato or one/two servings of pasta unless I know that's going in the freezer) *shrug*
Bread was always a staple in our family and usually homemade, we ate it three meals a day and for snacks, especially warm...that was easier to 'get over.'0 -
Salt & vinegar chips, chocolate (especially things like kinder) and any sort of candy like skittles..!0

Mine? It has to be chocolate, pecan pie, and corn soup. By the way, Corn soup is traditional Iroquoian meal, which I have with fried ham and scones. Yum....but, not the healthiest meal option.0

My wrists are on the weak side. Need to strengthen ligaments and such. Tried side planks and it killed my weaker left wrist. Always upper body strength needs work... needs to be more balanced with lower body strength. Push-ups and chin-ups are my friends0

my biggest weakness is Mountain dew/Sprite and Top Ramen0
