Eating back Insanity calories

I'm starting Insanity today with 1708 cals as my daily intake and just wondering when I do the workouts do I need to eat back the calories that I burned? As before when I wasn't on insanity I was doing dance classes and say I burned 400 cals in a session I would eat back those and still lose weight.
Thanks

There is some disagreement about that on here, I think that you SHOULD eat them back, because the cal intake MFP gives you is already a deficite for weight loss. However, I'm fairly certain that MFP overestimates cals burned, so I would aim to eat back MOST of your exercise cals if you are going by MFP calculations.0

I agree with the overestimation point made here. I am also reluctant to eat back the calories given due to exercise because of this. Xx However I stopped logging the fitness cals so that I could stick to the food part of calorie intake and loss far more weight than my 1.5lb a week expected drop. all about choices I supose.0
