help with calorie content please

hiya,I'm trying to find out how many calories are in Asda fresh tastes salmon and mozarella with sundried tomato fillets,they're off the fresh fish counter. I asked the fish counter man,he didn't know,and have looked all over the internet with no luck. I'm trying to work it out but its hard when I don't know how many grams of mozarella ect are on it. any ideas? thanks!

    cant you just guess based on the size, how many tablespoons of mozzarella do you think it is?
    and then id just add in generic salmon fillet and add sun dried tomatoes seperately too
