Anyone uses this app during running? Sometimes I feel that I am running fast, but when I do the conversion it seems that I am only running at 5.2mph. Is it accurate?

Depends on what kind of GPS signal you get. I use Runkeeper ( I like it better than the other running/GPS apps I have tried), and the mileage for my routes matches exactly what I had previously marked the same routes using a Garmin GPS with a good antennae, and with the odometer on a bike. If the GPS signal says good in the upper corner, it should be accurate to within a reasonably small margin of error. The pace and mph are just a function of distance and time, so they are accurate if the distance is accurate.
That said, on a very overcast day last week the GPS wigged out on me twice and picked up a measurement about 1/2 mile to the side of my route, which then showed me has having run 3.5 miles instead of the 2 I actually did. I corrected the map on the website and all was well again.0
