back again hope i can do it this time...

Back after a while out! I gave up becaus ei couldnt seem to find out a way to lose.... i tried not eating burned calories back i tried eatting them back and then eatting half back.... i guessed there was no way to lose. I'm back this time to hopefully do it. I need some help though..... i need to know what to set it on i work 5 days a week 4 days i burn about 650 calories and one day a week i burn just over a 1000 at work then 2 days i am more or less sedentary unless i go for an hours walk. If i set it to sedentary do i include my work burned calories ? because they are different ? i have some people telling me not to eat them back and other people telling me to eat them back because i will go in starvation mode. I have still been tracking off here and seem to have about350 left after being on sedentary and adding working burnt calories and thats set at 1200 to start with ?

I was in the same boat as you. I had given up and now I'm back determined to try to lose the correct way.
The post above really helped me realize that eating only 1200 calories a day wasn't the right way to lose.0
