Weighted Vest - thoughts?

Options
Does anyone use a weighted vest?

What do you think of them, are they comfortable, do they fit well?
Do they limit your flexibility to any detriment?
What exercises do you use them for?
Are there exercises you thought they'd be good for but actually they're not?
Which brands do you recommend / not recommend and why?
Are there any things I should look out for when buying one?

I'm looking into buying one and your thoughts and experiences may help me decide which one to go for. At the moment I am thinking of getting one with removable weights, about 20kg, so I can start smaller and work up to that, but there's so many to choose from!

Many thanks :flowerforyou:

The one I've referred to as being a top brand was called the X-Vest I believe. Yes they can be useful. You can wear them to do bodweight exercises, push-ups, dips, chin-ups, and you can do them while doing cardio. Not a bad investment at all.
