Just left the Dr.'s office. Blood pressure was 97/60 so he took me off one of my medications. Then went to Target and tried on size 36 jeans and they fit perfectly. Time to throw out the size 40s.:happy:

    Good job! Getting off my blood pressure meds was such a great acheivement for me! I developed an allergy to the one I was on and my doc gave me six weeks to get control of my blood pressure or he was going to have to switch me to one with a side effect of weight gain! Keep up the good work and keep monitoring that BP!

    The smaller pant isze is great but getting off one of your meds is FANTASTIC and a bigger accomplishment. Very happy for you.....
