how to burn fat?

i'm literally obsessed on how burning fat.On monday i'm gonna check my first week of mfp and during this week i've been training a lot,how i could and ate 1200-1300 calories and actually my goal would be losing at least 5 pounds.How could i burn fat (25%) in workouts?

    Have you tried running intervals? I try to run them about 3x per week for at least 20 min and it has really helped with fat loss!
