Wow! I was only looking at the calories!!

Yesterday was my first day. I thought that I did pretty good but was still 393 calories under my 1486 calorie allowance. So today I decided that since I was under yesterday I would have the same thing I had yesterday for breakfast and for lunch I would treat myself to one can of Mt Dew and Minute Rice Ready to serve Yellow Rice mix. The calories really aren't that bad....but then I added what I have planned for dinner and the rest of todays snacks and HOLY CRAP!!

I still have 527 calories left over but only 20 carbs, 5 fat and 31 protein.


So I have all of these calories left over but almost no fat and 20 carbs?!
