My marathon is in two weeks and I have a 13 mile taper run today. Unfortunately the air quality is in red advising no outdoor activities. I have the treadmill t run on, but really really am not getting going on it. Hence, I'm posting pon the Internet for someone to give me a kick in the butt. Do I do 13 miles on the treadmill or do I do my intervals scheduled for Monday?
I have a wedding reception tonight that will keep me out late late as the designated driver...and air quality warning is through Monday pm.

Your picture should pump you up a little. If it's that bad outside yes get on that treadmill and do what you were going to do outside. Block everything out and get to work! Pretend your outside running. Training yourself, pushing yourself! Forget everything that you have to do today and live in the moment. I bet you won't regret getting up and doing your exercise. Your going to feel so much better and ready to finish off your day. So what are you going to do?0
