that time of the month!

does anyone else have troubles when its their time of month?cause i do!im craving everything bad! chocolate, salty, pizza ughhhhh

  • Its horible i know!! The time of the month is 10x worse than normal when trying to be healthy. Some of my favorite TOM foods are:

    1) Blue Dimond almonds with sea salt 170 calories per ounce.
    2) Jello (sugar free) w/ whipped cream (low fat)
    3) Frozen yogurt
    4) Reduced fat all natural peanut butter on wheat toast

    those are deffinitly my top 4 and they seem to control any aspect of my craving.

    I'm anemic so TOTM always knocks me out energy and oomph wise.
    In turn i pick and food and end up craving junk. If i coincides with one of my stupid shift patterns i have trouble motivating myself to do anything.

    Exercise helps with cramps and the low feeling but once they've gone I normally knock off exercise (bar walking), allow myself a little chocolate id i want and then pamper myself (bubble baths, fave masques, manicures etc) as that seems to help me.
    My body seems to want to be pampered and rewarded and previously i'd always pamper it with junk but i've realised that "me time" works just as well.
