Lightest: 70.1 kg, March 2011 (I've probably been lighter but I never used to weigh myself often as a teen or as a young adult)
Current: 97.4kg
Goal: 65kg (And I don't really give two hoots how long it takes.)
I gained slowly through 2011, steadily through 2012. My main 2012 issue was injury. I hurt my knee in Jan 2012 and had eight weeks off the ice, which meant I wasn't really doing anything active. After coming back from that, three days later I sprained my shoulder - another three weeks where I was inactive. Went fairly injury-free the rest of the year until December 2012 when I sprained my ankle. Four months off the ice and a massive ballooning in weight. Poor eating the rest of 2013 and then the horrifying moment at the dr's when I realised I was three figures.
I remember feeling heavy even when I was 70.1kg (I'm 173cm), so 65 is my initial goal. Depending on how I feel when I get there, I may revise down to 60. I think 60 is the lower limit though. I don't want to be in the 50s.0 -

My heaviest was ~220 lbs (maybe a couple of pounds heavier).

Edit to add stats: Female, 46 years old. 5'2".
Highest was 347. I was in the 340s for a couple of years, 2010 - 2012.
Lightest was 185 the summer I graduated high school.
Goal 20% body fat. By current math that would be 145 lbs.
Currently I weigh 188.0 -
My heaviest was after the birth of my second child. 316 lbs ( yep you read that correctly)!!!
My lightest...2007 figure competition... 157 lbs ( skeletal with muscle) not a good look!!
Right now I am 161 lbs. 19% bodyfat
