    Highest weight- Probably now 153/150 (I haven't weighed myself in 6 months, I don't have access to one.
    Current Weight- 150 approximately
    Current body fat - 33% according to online but I think its lower - at least it shouldn't be in obese range.
    Lowest weight- 132 or so (that was about 4 years ago when I spent more time partying than eating- so not exactly healthy!)
    Goal weigh- 130lb but I'd be happy just to be able to fit back into my favorite pair of jeans.

    don't think its possible to ever reach my lowest weight again, so I'd be happy and healthy at 150 lbs. got a long way to go!

    Goal: 155 ?My lowest adult weight was last week. My goal of 155 is the top of a healthy BMI for my height. My real goal was to be decidedly in regular clothing sizes. I'm there in pants, but still occasionally find an XL that is still too tight.

    My goal is around 145. Not TOO much more to go(though I'm already sort of prepping for a plateau around 153-155. Hey, if it doesn't hit, awesome, but I figure prepping in advance can't hurt.)

    Back in 2012, I dropped 12-ish pounds or so over the summer, and managed to keep it off(even over the holidays surprisingly!) At New Years I decided to try to get back close to my old weight. So, dropped out most processed foods(keeping a treat now and then and also my Multigrain or Honey Nut Cheerios I like for breakfast), dropped to fat-free milk, mixed in lots of fruits and veggies, fresh fruit and veggie juices in my blender, lean meats and brown carbs. Try to exercise at least 5 times a week(had a downtime due to illness last month), and went lower-calorie. Been working well so far!

    I started this journey sept 12, 2012 not thinking it would work at all cause I LOVE FOOD!! But 6.5 months in I have lost 54 lbs and have maybe 20 more to go! I stick to my 1250 calories daily and just started the exercise part feb 1st, I do elliptical 6 days a week about 15 min, I do zumba a couple times a week and an hour ab class once a week and this past week I started week 1 of couch to 5 k, I cannot wait for nice weather so I can get out and walk, I love the outdoors!!

    I have inspired many without even meaning to, I feel amazing! I love this lifestyle change, my profile pic is my progress!

    After I gained weight I started gaining cleavage, so I'd kinda like to keep a little. My goal is to lose 30 of the pounds that i gained over the past 4 years. :/

    Lowest weight- 115 lbs I was sick last month so I think I might have been dehydrated
    Goal weigh- 118 lbs or so but I am happy as long as I am bouncing around this number. My original dream goal was 125 but I wanted another few pounds of vacation cushion and then I continued losing while I was adjusting to maintenance. I have been losing about 1/2lb a month for the last several months so I almost have my calories where they need to be.

    Your dream goal is possible. It might not seem like it but it really is if you just keep pushing.
