Healthy 'pot noodle' recipe (288 calories!)

Threw this together the other day and realised how much it tastes like a pot noodle.

50g quorn chicken style pieces
1x vegetable stock cube
100g frozen green beans
50g frozen petit pois
50g frozen sweetcorn
60g sharwoods medium egg noodles
1 tsp chinese 5 spice
pinch salt/pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs

Add all the ingredients into a pan with some water (enough to cover) and simmer for ten minutes.

Add the noodles and cook for a further 5 minutes.

This makes alot more than one pot noodle which is 384 calories.

    Sounds fab, nice easy tea.
    I will try this but with some ready cooked chicken chunks i think.
