Following MFP or FreeDieting.com for Calorie intake

I was looking at other websites and I was wondering if you guys are following the recommended amount of calories that MFP recommends or are you going by some other calculation and following that instead. I went onto FreeDieting.com and it said that I should be eating 1900 calories minimum unless I am doing nothing. AT 242 pounds and 5'5" and lots of muscle.

What are you using?
What calorie range have you lost weight on?
