Healthy Eating / Pregnancy

I am half way through my weight loss goal and have about 25 pounds left. I think I am pregnant though. I currently consume around 1300 cal. per day. I do not want to gain a ton of weight during a pregnancy. Last time I gained about 25 pounds and it came of easily plus another 15. What should my calorie intake look like throughout a pregnancy?

I believe you should eat an extra 300 calories per day during your pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are indeed pregnant I suggest setting your goals to maintainance and then adding 300, that should keep you gaining at a healthy weight. Congrats if you are10

Thanks. That sounds about right. I remember hearing something like eating the extra calories was the same as a banana or something. So not that much above a regular calorie intake.0
