I'm starting the program today, but can't figure out how to add it to my exercise diary. Is there a way to do this?

    most either use a heart rate monitor or i just add it as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    Circuit Training. I'm seriously debating this though, log just the 20 min workout, or log the full 28 minutes which includes warm up and cool down??
