Is it ever ok to eat less than 1200. Normally doing 2+ hrs of exercise a day I haven't left my bed in 3 days. I am in the weight-main trance mOde and just wann know If its totally necessarY since I'm sedantary? Thanks in advance for your advice!!!

Why? The deficit you requested is there already, what's the point of eating even less? Just because you aren't exercising doesn't mean you need to eat less than 1200 calories.0

You need the calories/nutrition to recover so do not go below 1200 and in fact eat as close to your normal calorie target as you can. Starving yourself will only delay your return to activity. Also you want to preserve as much lean body mass as possible - if you cut your calories since you are not as active as normal your body will pull nutrition from your muscles to heal.0
