Check In Buddy Anyone?!

HELLO :D
I want to try something. I want someone on here that we check in on each other multipul times through the day. Through facebook, texting, whatever. I just really need someone that I can talk with and check in with about workouts, but primarily nutrition.

Preferably a female that is trying to lose fat (5-20 pounds) while maintaing lean muscle mass.

I can only talk to my friends or family so much before they think I am crazy and have some sort of mental disorder (which I don't I just have goals I NEED to reach). Message me if you are interested :) Thanks soooo much in advance!

    Hello! I'm trying to lose fat while maintaining muscle, I'm currently working through NROLFW, just finished stage 2! Looking to lose about 10-15lbs of fat. And believe me I understand about friends not understanding. I've had the whole "don't get an eating disorder" talk. Etc. It's hard being the only one in my circle of friends and family who's committed to losing weight, being healthy etc.
