what a journey.

hey all..43 year old male from the great state of WV...where the women are few and the sheep run scared! i have a hell of a background. all my life i have been a body builder..loved it..ate, slept, dreamed it. well back in 2007 i had a heart attack at the ripe ole age of 37.

had a stent put in. well that didn't work so they opened me up and did a triple bypass surgery. well..you guessed it..it kind of worked but since then have had two more stent put in. yea me! lol. since 2007 i have an artery on the back side of my heart they can't reach. it causes all the symptoms of a heart attack..often i add.

one day i can carry two 75lbs of sand and be ok..the next day bringing a gallon of milk home from the store makes me feel like im having a heart attack. so i have to decide everyday if it's the vessel or the big one. how’s that? lol. however i do live a pretty normal life. dr says im amazing that i can have such a positive attitude. what choice do i have? not ready to give up and die! i still fish, hunt, walk, garden, cook meals for me and my son. love to shop for food...can spend all day in the store reading labels.

so..pretty normal i guess. well...i won't bore ya anymore.
