I am too lazy to google it, at the moment, what does wrist size have to do with weight loss?

I think that it will play role when setting your goal weight. I don't know how wrist size fluctuates when one gains or loses weight, I never gained in my wrists.

I know that because I have a large frame I will never be able to get down to under 125-130 without looking like I just broke out of the concentration camp.

It's to help determine your frame size. My wrist is just barely 5 inches. I have a small frame.

Sorry, my wrist has lost fat. Gotten smaller. According to the calculation, I have a small frame. Hahaha Yeah right! I have super wide hips, that even now well overweight and still pretty far from the normal range BMI, I can see my hip bones when I lay down.

I'm not trying to be mean, but this calculation is bunk. Unless I'm some kind of freak. Which is possible, but seriously, it reminds me of the joke I pulled on my friends bout how your hand is as big around as your face. Every time they fell for it an ended up with a sore nose.

    ^This?^

Kidding! But maybe you are small framed but just have wide hips? Google Meso-endomorph body type.
