    I'm near Portsmouth, too. There is also the Team UK group, which is big - over 2000 members now, and quite a number of local groups, including a Portsmouth UK group, though as there aren't many of us in it, I don't often go on. Maybe some time we can all go in for the Great South Run in Portsmouth one year... it takes place on 28/10/12 this year, and being flat and a 10k run is not too stressful.

    Can't see me & my wonky knees doing the GSR, but http://www.myfitnesspal.com/determinedbutlazy who is on my "friends" list, and is in Pompey, is doing it this year, so i may just go down weather & buses permitting, just hope I do not finish up in the Barley Mow or Apsley House as would be my normal pre mfp life
