Help! I'm hungry and I don't know what to eat!

Hi guys! I tried a few new foods today as I've been quite strict for a few months and I've totally messed up! Now I'm hungry, I have hardly eaten enough calories but I'm over on sugars and protein! Can anyone advise me, Im not sure how sugars work and now I just dont know what to eat for the rest of today!

I've got 693 calories left to consume.
This is what I've eaten today:
21g fat (only 7 saturated)
61g carbs
43g sugars
57g protein

Help meeeeee I'm hungry haha!!!!

    Lots of veges + meat/tofu/eggs + soy sauce (preferably Japanese)

    Cook meat and stir fry veges in a tsp of oil with crushed garlic and a bit of ginger, add soy sauce (and eggs if using) last to taste. Top with a lot of pepper and paprika if you like heat.

    You can bulk it up with lots of veges to feel full and the meat/tofu/eggs will help get your protein count up to retain muscle mass :smile:

    Or steak + salad

    An omelette with a measured amount of cheese with a few cooked potatoes and other veges.

    Just try for something with a decent amount of protein in there.
