Full Body Shot Before and After

Ok so I didn't take any full body befores (avoiding the camera). But I took a progress shot after losing 7 lbs, so that will serve as my "before" pic :tongue:

I started out by walking 30 minutes a day and using MFP to keep track of my calories.
Along the way I've taken salsa, belly dance and pilates classes as well as using various Jillian Michaels DVDs
Currently, I take a cycling class, work out with Jillian's "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" and run.
I am looking to getting into weight training soon!

I have discovered so many veggies I was never willing to try before. I love baked goods too but now I make them myself and try to eat them more sparingly (key word "try" lol).
I'm pretty happy with my progress. I never thought I would love being active! :happy:
