Inside out Weight loss

I found this podcast on Itunes and it has been very motivating so far. I was wondering if anyone else has listened to it. If so what were your results? If anyone would like to join me in the inside out weight loss journey, I will post the challenges here..if there is enough interest.

    Just so you have an idea--the first podcast is all about towards and away from motivation. They are the push and pull of motivation.

    Figure out what your towards and away from motivation is...Mine are:

    Towards: Slim and trim figure, feeling strong, feeling able to accomplish whatever I want to. Ability to run a marathon

    Away from: feeling tired, rundown. Large abdomen, diabetes, Heart failure, health problems, size 16 clothes.

    What are the challenges like? I might be interested if I knew more about it, but I can't check them out while I'm at work.

    It's all reassigning your thinking. Setting goals for yourself, dreaming big changing the way you think about weight loss.
