30 pounds down...a different type of photo!

To mark my 30-pound loss, I gathered up items that totalled 30 pounds to take a picture to post on my fridge. Those items included a 1-pound carton of strawberries, 1 pound of butter sticks, a 3-pound container of cottage cheese, a 3-pound container of shortening, a 5-pound bucket of cookie dough, a 5-pound bag of flour and finally, my 12-pound bowling ball. The picture was AMAZING to me. What REALLY got me was when I stuffed all those things into one (very sturdy) shopping bag and tried to carry it around! WOW! 30 didn't seem like much until I did those two things! I'm very proud of myself and I'm very excited to keep on going!

If someone can fix the picture, that would be helpful. I followed the tutorial (I thought I did anyhow)!

at weight watchers they had us bring in canned food for a drive. this was when I lost weight before, i carried 20 lbs of food out to the car, to the mtg, I always thought well 20 lbs thats not that much. but crap, when you have to carry it around all the time, its hard! you dont realize what you are doing to your body. congrats! keep it up!

Love this!! I always compare losing to a five pound bag of sugar, (now with the economy I think they make 4 lbs), anyway, If you lose 5 lbs, stick a bag of sugar under your shirt!!
I have lost 50 lbs and that is 10 or 12 bags of sugar!!
I can't imagine stacking that many on my stomach!!!

I still have 80 more to go and that is up to 20 more bags!!

    WOW!!
