HI!
What is your preferred or ideal time difference between dinner or last meal of the day and breakfast the following day?

I am thinking 12 hours, but sometimes I try to aim for 16 hours.
Thoughts?!

I often stall breakfast because hunger is not an issue when I wake up. As soon as I eat anything, though, I'm hungry for the rest of the day.

Typically it's 4 to 5 hours between dinner and my bedtime snack and another 8 to 9 hours before breakfast. The bedtime snack isn't to get me through the night, but rather the evening. I find it easier to avoid mindless, out of control snacking if I know I have a scheduled snack coming up before bed.
  • I tried 12 hours couldn't make it so I like 7-8 if I don't get that snack in look out it is Fatty Patty the Binger ready and willing to eat everyhting in sight.

I eat dinner around 5-6 then a light snack around 9 (I am diebetic so this helps my blood sugar) .Then breakfast is around 7 am..
So about 13 hours from dinner but only 9 hours from the lite snack (like a rice cake with 1/2 tsp peanut butter ).

I eat breakfast at 5:30ish in the morning because of my job, then cannot eat till about 1 or 2 because of my job, and then because of my husbands job we don't' eat dinner till about 7pm.

I do have a 100 cal snack at 9am, and then can usually make it from 2-7pm without a snack :)
