Eating Healthier with Food Intolerances?

Does anyone out there have food intolerances?

I have Oral Allergy Syndrome and it can get severe depending on the food, and time of year.

IE nuts cause my mouth to get itchy and feel like my throat is swelling.

Strawberrys give me rashes

Pineapple gives me severe Gastro issues as does SeaFood.

Banana's, Grapes, apples, watermelon are the safest Fruits for me. I do use Sunbutter but I am finding it hard to ramp up my healthy eating when my food choices seem so limited.

I was just looking at the what are you eating pictures and imagining how good some of this food must be, but do to reactions I have had in the past, I limit myself to "safe food".

I am down 15 lbs, and exercising 6 days a week, just wonder if there are other people out there that have the same obstacles as I do! I am hoping as my body changes, so do my allergies!

Incase anyone wants to know more about this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oral_allergy_syndrome
