What is the best way to cut bloating down? I feel like a lot of my extra weight is water weight. Any tips?

I try to eat fewer carbs and sodium. For me, whenever I eat too much of either one, I end up feeling bloated the next day.0

Make sure your sodium intake isn't high meaning not a ton of packaged or processed foods. Make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. Also when it's that time of month you will see bloating as well. I find a run will help me! Good luck!0
