Any idea how many calories Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD burns?

    This is an old thread but I just did BFBM with my HRM and burned 485 calories.

    Your burn for any activity is going to be different from someone else's because we don't all weigh the same, put in the same level of exertion, etc. There's too many factors to say what anyone burns as a given for any activity.
