running injury?

heres a quick summary, ive been running for 6months now. run 2-3 times a week. usually 5-8miles each run. well last sunday i did my first 15k, i felt good about and i rested all week. today i went for a run did only 4.5 and after my bottom of my foot hurts and my lower calf hurts when i put pressure. its not to bad but its sore. I never had this problem before

im curious is it time to change my shoe? ive been wearing same running shoes since march. or anyone know why i would get this pain? any other reasons
