Activity Level confusion

I think I have hit a plateau with my weight loss, I was losing steadily for the first 3 months since I started MFP. The last couple times I have weighed in I went up a few pounds. I am betting that this is because of my sodium intake, but I was wondering more about the activity levels.
Originally when I set it I put it at lightly active (the one above sedentary) because I do workout 6 days a week, but I was wondering does that already factor in workouts? I have mostly a sedentary job, I work in and around computers all day, but I do walk 2.5 to 3 miles a day. Not all at once though, broken up into 2 15 minutes and 1 30 minute on my breaks.
My question is would I be better setting my activity to sedentary and eat those calories along with my exercise? Or should I leave it at lightly active? I get about 200 more calories a day with that activity level.
Now, if I can just cut back on the sodium....
Thankee

If you are logging the exercise and eating back the exercise calories, you need to set yourself to "sedentary."
If you set yourself for any activity, MFP will already calculate that you're working out so there is no need to log exercise or eat back those calories.0
