Weight Problem...

Hey all, this is my first time asking the fitnesspal community anything, so here it goes. I'm a 15 year old sophomore and I'm a football player. Due to a certain series of unfortunate events, I'm not playing this year so I thought I should lose weight and be normal instead of that fat/muscles guy. I've always been big but after football my muscles became big, fast. Faster than anyone elses did by along shot, not just that but stronger too. So now I've been using Fitnesspal for about 3 weeks, and at first it was going great! I went from 240 down to 234. Then I took 3 days off (due to birthdays :blushing: ) I was surprised as hell when i shot back up to 241, and ive been using fitnesspal faithfully for about another 4 days but it keeps going up and im at 245... are calories not the only thing I should be focusing on? I've also been using Wii fit and running half-miles...

    DUDE...you don't have to be fat/muscles...you can be lean/muscles. Eat right, and continue to lift weight and get big muscles...just cut out the crap food, and get lean and ripped....if you are blessed with being able to build muscle like a madman at your age, pour it on thick, get them pecs son.
