Damn, can't believe the weight that has come off. Started at 192 on June 19 and I'm at 159 on September 22nd (thought the "before" pic is from before I actually started the diet the weight was still the same). The weight loss is nice but stabilizing my insulin levels and not having massive carb crashes is a reward in and of itself. I lost the weight by eating/living primal. I'm not trying to push it on anybody or start a debate about it's merits but it has been a total lifestyle transformation for myself. No grueling workouts, or calorie restrictive diets. Just eating a lot of whole foods, good fats, and lots of protein. Really feels like im getting in shape the right way.
