Broke through my 3 week plateau

So my first three weeks I lost 14 lbs and did not feel starved or anything it was great... Then I hit a wall, I went back to work (work in a school and had August off) , went on a short vacation with DH for three days and while I didn't pig out I also didn't log or weigh or measure my food, then once work started I wasn't able to exercise like I was. Long story short three weeks with no weight loss ugh, but bright side no weight gain either. So last week I changed a few things as far as what I logged as exercise, I work in the kitchen and it's is cooking preparation so I was adding in all my hours and upped my calories intake accordingly, and so I stopped adding all of it and strictly ate what calories MFP gave me and woohoo down 5 lbs this week. Now yes I know that is too much in one week so I will start adding some of my hours from work into exercise but I will add them slowly to figure out how many to keep me closer to a 2 lbs a week loss, which is my current goal as I have a lot of weight to loose. But am very happy to have busted my plateau ;)
