I weigh myself pretty much every time I walk in the bathroom.. today I stepped on the scale, first thing when I woke up and right before I crawled into bed... the weight was the same ...154... my weigh in Tuesday had me at 156... however my clothes are still making me look like a chunky butt.

Soooo why is the scale less but my clothes are the same?

I'm gonna start the gym back up Monday, hopefully this will help with the fitting of my clothes but I just feel like my body is completely different with how it loses weight and measurements then it did 4 years ago. I know our body changes over time but damn...

any tips on belly and thigh workouts?

I don't really have muffin top my chunkiness is mostly in the front... and my back :(
