Yoghurt Dessert
Options

- Plain yoghurt (68 cal/100 gr), cold
- 1 apple (50 cal)
- 1 small banana (100 cal)
- Favorite nuts 10 gr - (~50 cal)
- Cornflakes, plain 5-10 gr - (~30 cal)
Total: ~300 cal
Using fine grater, grate an apple. Blend a banana. Mix the apple, the banana and add plain yoghurt. Crush some nuts and either mix them into the yogurt or put them on top.
In Japan they like to create layers in their yoghurt desserts, so you can use cornflakes to make it look a little bit fancier.
Can be a nice breakfast, too
